These Terms of Service govern your use of Lock & Key Locksmiths’ website and services.
1. Services Provided
We offer locksmith services including emergency call outs, lock changes, uPVC repairs and landlord/letting agent support.
2. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is clearly stated before work begins. Emergency call outs may incur additional charges. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card payments, bank transfer and invoicing (commercial clients only).
3. Cancellations
Standard bookings may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the appointment. Emergency call outs cannot be cancelled once the locksmith is en route.
4. Liability
We hold £5 million public liability insurance. We are not liable for: Pre existing damage Wear and tear failures Issues caused by third party installations Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
5. Warranty
All parts installed come with manufacturer warranties. Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months unless otherwise stated.
6. Access Requirements
You must ensure safe access to the property and provide accurate information about the issue.
7. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to access restricted areas.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
